Burringham, 1pm meet, every saturday....
Everyone welcome.... even if it is just basic fitness and training
Afterwards, we may have discussions about dietary and fitness requirements whilst not playing over the summer months... what crap to eat and what salads, not to eat..... how many takeaways and fast foods you should be getting through per week... the basics....
ps... I may be late.....

you always are mate. training may not be every saturday, it depends on numbers and other stuff, I must add it is not aimed at solely the 6th team it was just muted as a convinient time and it is not aimed at stopping anybody who wants to attend the proper club training nights far from it, it is extra at a convinient time for those of us who work into the evenings. not sur about dietary discussions afterwards we may just go to club for a pint and a sarnie

Good lass... another one to training.. Not a bad little session on saturday, TG, didnt do too bad, only a few there but still... The heat, bit of sunburn and a few aches afterwards... once we get a few more there, get some fitness training going... all will be well....

Ay up lads.. sorry I haven't been at training but my off season saturdays are busier than when we're playing. I will get, if and when i can. I can't be any less fit than last year no matter what. ha. so looking forward to the start of the new season.. i'm already up to speed on the takeaways.

why dont the 6ths come training with the 3s4s5s on a tuesday and thursday good sessions which wil only benefit u as a team and as individuals. U can still 6th trainin on a saturday but come up and press your claims for further selection n fitness. When wil u train wen the season starts, not really viable to train saturday mornin then match saturday afternoon

Chilli the guys that train on saturday are the guys that can't make evening sessions due to work or family commitments so a couple of hours on a saturday are better than nothing. they are not exclusive to the 6th team we have had other teams players join us and anybody who can't make the weekdays is welcome to join us

O rite apologies 'loosed' i was under the impression it was 6s only and tryin to do things on their own, dint realise it was open door policy. All i was indicating was that between 3rd 4th 5th 6th teams the tuesday & thursday sessions are fetchin around 10/12 players. From 4 teams thats not great really, averaging 2/3 players trainin per team, should b able to get at least 5 per team so the sessions can be more structured and more realistic. Not a moan tho

It was great to see such a large number of players attend pre-season training last night.
Dewi facilitated a fantastic session, combining ball work with speed, endurance and tackle bag drills.
Spread the word that training for the three-sixes is now a constructive, effective and worth attending.
From now on meet at the rugby club no later that 6.45 pm for Dewi to inform us of what's occurring at that particular session.

If last night's training session didn't wet your appetite for the new season then nothing will. Over an hour of full contact play amongst over twenty players attending training certainly made it a good session.
Great to see lads from the 5th and 6th teams attending training and getting stuck in.
