The players pre-season meeting was very informtive Rupert. Tim gave a very good presentation on his and the club's aspirations for the season, as well as details of the pre-season training programme, including pre-season games for the 1st team and Stags.
Training starts tonight at the club. 7 pm start for fitness tests. Training will then be every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 7 pm at the rugby club. Training will again work on a 3 week rota, starting with endurance.
See you there.

as mentioned before it may be better to go to central park for the first part of training as 2/3 of the field has been seeded. for those who are serious get yourself amongst the first team sessions while for the rest of us it may be possible to adapt training to accomadate our age and physical conditions with the aim to make training ENJOYABLE for everyone. the 7pm start means that so lets get there for the whole session

To those who went training what was it like? How difficult was it? Gutted I missed the fitness tests always love being told how unfit I am. Is it a 7pm meet at the club? Can't believe I'm already one session behind in the fitness bank!
