I do and I'm sure there are many more eager to start again, pre-season training is always much more fun than regular season training.

I too wouldn't say that pre-season is fun. However, long gone are the days of running until you're sick. With Tim's sports science background, training is certainly more varied and allows players to get fit as well as work on their core skills.
If players are able to attend I would certainly recommend it

a short update on the progress so far on the rifles pre season training which has included
a long weekend golfing on the north yorkshire coast a long walk around lincoln in the swealtering sun a marathon dancing event , with london bus transport kindly laid on by mr and mrs morley
so far i am a little disapointed to find that i ahve gained half a stone , but am sure it must be muscle
future events include swing dancing etc

Don't forget the training camp kindly arranged by Noddy. Planning is in its infancy but I expect a strong turn out for the August bank holiday event. I suggest this year's theme be improving stamina. sub topics could be ball control to minimise distance travelled reaching it and the importance of steady fluid intake during a sustained programme.
Now how's that for sport science!

Think of the pounds you'll walk off on all the extra excursions to the gents
This could very well be the way forward for the future

Yes good point lets know where it is, was a bit annoying last year the way that we was meant to meet at the club then all drive to Ashby Decoy Training Facilities, for some the club is further that ADTF!

if anyone of any importance is reading I suggest Central park so as to give our grounds a well deserved rest.
